HOW TO BOOK
The following information is a quick and easy guide to booking one of our villas. If you have any questions or require addional information, please contact us.

• Check by 'phone, e-mail or the Availabilty Form that the dates you want to book are still available.
  
  
• Make your booking by 'phone or e-mail for your chosen dates. This will be held for you for 4 working days pending receipt of your Booking Form and payment. After 4 working days we may offer the dates elsewhere.
  
  
• A completed and signed Booking Form is required for all bookings.
  
  
• Print-out, complete and sign the Booking Form and return it to us with the appropriate payment.
  * Cheques or money transfer are payable to "Costebelle Villas".
  
  
• On acceptance of the booking we will send you a written booking confirmation.
  
  
• A reminder will be sent to you before the payment of any balance is due.
  
  
• Arrival information and directions will be sent to you approximately 3 weeks prior to the arrival date.

* If booking within 4 weeks of arrival, the total amount is payable on booking. Otherwise please pay a deposit of 35%.
